Adding a user

1. Go to Settings -> Users. You now see all the users in your Declaree environment.

2. To add new users, click Add.

3. De volgende velden, op de desbetreffende pagina's, moeten minimaal ingevuld zijn voor een uitnodiging verstuurd kan worden:
Profiel: Voornaam, Achternaam, E-mail
Workflow: Manager, (Stuurt door aan, enkel als nodig is)
Taal instellingen: Taal
Let op: In jouw organisatie kan het zijn dat er ook andere velden ingevuld moeten worden voor gebruiksredenen of export. De hierboven genoemde velden zijn echter velden die ingevuld moeten zijn voor een gebruiker uitgenodigd kan worden.

3. The following fields, on the corresponding pages, must be at least filled in before an invitation can be sent:
Profile: First name, Last name, E-mail.
Workflow: Submits To, (Approves to, only if needed)
Localization: Language
Note: In your organization, other fields may also need to be filled in for use or export reasons. However, the fields listed above are fields that must be completed before a user can be invited.


4. Click Save at the bottom left

5. From the user overview Check the check box for the user(s) you want to invite and click Invite at the top.

The user is now invited.

Adding multiple users

Whenever you wish to add multiple users at once, you can choose 'Download' to download the current users file. In this excel file you can add new information, create a new row for each new user and make edits for existing users. After uploading the edited excel file the changes will be made in Declaree. 

The most important data is the first name, last name and e-mail address. This information is essential to be able to create a new user. Also, when using the Excel upload, make sure to fill in the Username column (with the e-mailadress). 

 

Inviting users

After adding new users you want them to be able to log in. The red exclamation mark icon in the overview of users (pictured below) means that those users have not yet received an invitation mail and therefore cannot log in yet.


To invite these new users, you have to select them, and click the 'Invite' button at the top of the screen. After inviting these users the red exclamation mark will disappear and they will receive an invitation e-mail with a link to activate their account and create a password.
