It can be useful to look to the application through the eyes of another user. As an administrator, you have the possibility to impersonate any of the users in your administration.
This functionality canfor instance be used to create reports for other users.
Go to the admin menu and open the users page. Find the user you want to impersonate and click the three horizontal stripes on the right side next to the user.
A small menu will open with several options. Choose impersonate to login as this user.
Now you are logged in to Declaree as if you are this user. You are now able to create reports or add a forgotten receipt.
If you are done working in Declaree with this account you can click on the top right of the page (the name) and then click logout to leave the current account and switch back to your own user account.
